We have all experienced challenges with our mental health similar to that of physical health where we have had a cold or flu and some have experienced extensive challenges like cancer.  Wherever you are on the continuum of mental health, we have all experienced struggles.

As a result of her own struggles, Hanada has been able to use these challenges as an opportunity for positive personal change that has led to improved relationships with others, enhanced compassion, increased openness, a greater appreciation for life, a focus on her personal strengths and a renewed positive perception of the world.  One of Hanada’s passions is to help her clients do the same.

Hanada is a professional who strives to practise safely, effectively, and ethically.  She has earned a Master of Education, and a Master of Arts in Counselling and Psychology and is a member of the Ontario College of Teachers, and Ontario College of Psychotherapists.

Hanada only uses evidence-based therapeutic processes and methods.  She treats all her clients with sensitivity, fairness and kindness, regardless of culture, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, language, physical ability, intellectual ability, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation and any other factor.

Allow Hanada to help you get through your challenges and give you the tools to live the life you were meant to live.
